Appointments

Please contact our office by phone to set up an appointment.

Dr. James Childs is here Monday and Wednesday 8:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-5:00pm and Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am-12:00pm. Dr. Maria Childs is only available Tuesday and Thursday 1:00pm-5:00pm. Friday appointments are reserved for emergencies, surgeries and cosmetic procedures.

Insurance

Please remember that your insurance is a contract between you or your employer and your insurance company. It is the patient's responsibility to make sure that services provided in our office will be covered by your specific insurance. We do not know what deductible or co-insurance you signed up for - if you have questions about your deductible or co-insurance, please call your insurance company. We are here to provide medical services. Ultimately, you are responsible for the costs related to your healthcare.

Medicaid or Chips
We do not accept Medicaid or CHIPS. We are opted out of Medicare. Neither the patient nor the doctor's office will be able to file Medicare claims. Please contact the office for more information about costs.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards as well as personal checks. We also accept cash but may not have change so please have the exact amount. For billing questions, please contact Jackie or Julie at 979-774-6633.
